I was trying to do my own copycat of Red Lobster's garlic biscuits, this is as close as I have come, very tasty, for those of you who've never been it's alot like a fall apart biscuit, it shouldn't look like a biscuit out of a can. I up my garlic personally but everyone wanted me to give them the original, I just love garlic. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
2/3 cup milk |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix first 3 ingredients to form a soft dough. 3. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden. 5. Melt butter and mix it with the garlic, brush over the biscuits warm. |
