Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat baking mix (such as reduced-fat bisquick) |
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
3/4 cup fat-free milk |
cooking spray |
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Combine baking mix and cheese in a bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. 3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden. 4. Combine margarine, garlic powder, and parsley flakes; brush over warm biscuits, and serve immediately. 5.
