Here's another dip that is a favorite at my house. I usually make this dip with plain yogurt instead of the sour cream. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons green peppers, finely chopped (or red) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce (i use a a shake of tabasco) |
1 1/2 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. Beat all the ingredients together. You can add a bit more milk to change the consistency. 2. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour. Stir before serving. |
