The cheddar-cumin combination is full of flavor. Serve with warm tortilla chips. Ingredients:
8 ounces heavy cream |
10 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Heat cream in medium saucepan until hot. Do not boil. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. 2. Pour into warming dish or fondue pot. Serve hot with tortilla chips. |
