Adapted from the cookbook, Noteworthy. Ingredients:
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped onions |
3 tablespoons dry sherry (or to taste) |
1/2-1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
3/4 cup mango chutney |
1/2 cup chopped almonds |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. 2. Pack into crock or small bowl. 3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. 4. Serve at room temperature with crackers. |
