Cheddar Chili Tomatoe Pots

This is a very tasty appetizer. Tomatoe and cheddar is a great combination.
Ingredients:
6 medium tomatoes
31/2 cups (14ounces) sargento dancy supreme shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans (4ounces each) chopped green chilies, well drained
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
6 tablespoons sour cream
3 green onions, sliced
breadsticks for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 11x7 inch baking dish. Cut 1/2 inch slice from the top of each tomatoe;scoop out pulp and seeds, leaving 1/4 inch shell (save pulp for another use, such as salads or sauces.
2. Invert tomatoes on paper towel lined plate; let drain 20 minutes.
3. Combine 3 cups cheese,chilies,oregano and garlic in medium bowl
4. Using large spoon, stuff tomatoe shells with cheese mixture.
5. Arrange tomatoe shells in prepared dish. Bake 20 minutes. Top with sour cream, remainig 1/2 cup cheese and green onions. Serve with breadsticks.
