2 cups potato and leek soup |
3 cups milk |
freshly ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 cups medium cheddar or 2 cups old cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine soup base and milk with nutmeg; bring to a simmer. 2. Whisk in hot sauce and cumin; stir in cheese(do not let soup boil after cheese is added). 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
