Another recipe from Gourmet magazine. I like this one on Melba Toast. Ingredients:
1/2 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese (finely grated) |
1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon horseradish (heaping tbs) |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Rinse, drain, pat dry, and finely chop red peppers. 2. Stir all ingredients into a bowl until combined well. |
