Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups reduced-fat baking mix |
3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups fat-free milk |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine baking mix and cheese. Add milk, egg substitute, and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended. Spoon into a 9- x 5-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray. 2. Bake loaf at 350° for 45 minutes. |
