An easy appetizer from Linda McCartney's Home Cooking . Ingredients:
25 g flour |
115 g cheddar cheese |
1 egg white |
salt and pepper |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix the flour,cheese,salt and pepper in a bowl. 2. In another bowl, beat the egg white until firm. 3. Fold the flour and cheese mixture into the beaten egg white. 4. Shape into little ball and drop into very hot oil. 5. Fry until golden and serve immediately. |
