Cheddar Broccoli and Ham Quiche

Yummy! Sybstitute ham and broccoli for your favorite item.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk, fat free
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped deli ham
1 cup cheddar cheese, fat free
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, fat free
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine the milk, eggs, mustard and pepper. Layer the ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in the piecrust. Pour the egg mixture over the ham mixture. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes; cur into wedges. Refrigerate any remaining quiche.
