This is a recipe that my niece brought back from Germany while she and her husband were stationed there while he was in Iraq. One of her friends taught her to make this and all the girls loved it. They would make a big pot of this along with some bread and salad and have an inexpensive game night. Read more . It's very good, she made it for me last weekend and I really like it, hope you do as well. Ingredients:
1 pound cheddar bratwurst sliced |
12 slices individually sliced american cheese |
1 can green beans drained |
2 cans cream of potato soup |
1 cup milk |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and cook on medium low setting for 20 minutes. 2. Serve with additional grated cheddar on top. |
