Cheddar Bacon Hamburgers with Horseradish |

A great and easy way to add some flavor to your hamburgers! Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup bacon bits |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. 2. Mix ground beef, Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, horseradish, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties. 3. Grill on the preheated grill until patties are no longer pink in the center, 5 to 7 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) for well-done. 4. Serve patties with hamburger buns. |
