Cheddar, Bacon & Apple Omelet |

For that evening when your craving a richer meal. Ingredients:
1/4 apple, chopped |
1 teaspoon butter |
2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled |
1 tablespoon water |
3 eggs |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Saute chopped apples in butter, remove from skillet. Beat eggs with water with a fork. Pour eggs into heated pan with the remains of the butter from sauteing the apples. When semi-firm, sprinkle with cheese, then apples and bacon. Fold omelet, allow to finish cooking. Serve and enjoy! |
