Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6 cups granny smith apples, sliced thin
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
1. Toss apples in flour,sugar,cinnamon mixture.
2. Pour into a 9 inch square pan.
3. Combine all the dry and mix in the cheese and butter and milk.
4. Spoon over apples.
5. Bake 400 for 30 minutes.
