I made these the low fat way and they are very good. They are very flavorful and don't even need butter. They are easy to make and only take 3 ingredients. From the kitchen of Michele Harvey Thornburg, Moberly MO. Ingredients:
5 cups reduced fat bisquick baking mix |
1 cup 2% kraft cheddar cheese |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can swanson seasoned chicken broth with roasted garlic |
Directions:
1. Mix baking mix, cheese, and broth to form a soft dough. 2. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and bake according to Bisquick biscuit recipe directions on package. |
