1 pint cherry tomatoes (about 2 cups, halved) |
3 scallions, white and pale green parts only, coarsely chopped |
3 garlic cloves, chopped |
8 basil leaves |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 pinch salt |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine in food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped, being careful not to puree. Season with salt and pepper. |
