A quick and easy hot dessert or late-night snack. Great in the winter with hot chocolate. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can pie filling (any fruit) |
1 cup biscuit mix |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400. Spoon pie filling into 8-inch square pan. Stir together biscuit mix, milk, sugar, and margarine with fork until blended. Drop by spoonsful on top of filling. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm. |
