This is a very quick and easy, but surprisingly tasty chili! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oil |
1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey |
2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, chopped, undrained (use clean kitchen shears to cut them up right in the can) |
1 (15 ounce) can hot chili beans, undrained |
3 teaspoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Crumble turkey and cook over medium-high heat until no longer pink. 2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
