Ingredients:
1 chayote squash |
1 teaspoon butter or olive oil |
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
4 cups cooked pasta |
curtis's pepper seasoning to taste |
Directions:
1. Peel Chayote, slice in two and remove seed. Slice into strips. Saute in 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil, with garlic and onion. Serve over pasta. |
