Beef Ingredients:

knorr peppercorn sauce |
Directions:
1. Rub the tenderloin with butter all over. 2. Use salt and pepper as desired. 3. Put it under the broiler and broil for about 25 minutes for rare for a 4-6 pound roast. 4. While the tenderloin is cooking, prepare the peppercorn sauce. 5. We really enjoy this. 6. And you do NOT want to ruin a tenderloin roast by overcooking it. |
