This is a fun recipe and it is great for the crock pot or stove. I love to bring this to friends and family. Try it, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger |
1 green pepper |
1 yellow onion |
6 stalks celery |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
3 garlic cloves, chopped |
28 ounces diced tomatoes |
1 (16 ounce) chili beans, undrained |
1 (16 ounce) black beans, undrained |
1 (16 ounce) kidney beans, undrained |
32 ounces tomato sauce |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1 tablespoon beef bouillon |
1 jalapeno |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon tony chachere's seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute Hamburger, drain fat. 2. Sauté pepper, onion and celery in oil until softened add garlic for the last minute. Add all other ingredients and cook until veggies are done. Season to taste! |
