Cheap, fast and healthy. Ingredients:
1 dash olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 red chili, chopped |
1 pinch salt |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
1 head broccoli, chopped into florets |
handful almonds |
Directions:
1. Saute the garlic and chilli in a large frying pan or wok with some salt to taste. 2. Add the broccoli and lemon juice, cover and steam until almost done. 3. Remove lid, add almonds and cook on high heat until broccoli is a bit charred, but still bright green. |
