This cookie is light and tasty...great to serve at a tea party....easy to make and they make 8 dozen.. Ingredients:
1 stick butter |
1 stick margarine |
1 8 oz cream cheese |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and margarine.
2. Add one at a time cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla; mixing well after each addition.
3. Stir in chopped pecans.
4. Drop by half teaspoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 350 about 12 to 15 minutes.
6. Watch carefully....these cookies burn easily.
