Ingredients:
1 fryer chicken, cut into 4 pieces |
1 (8 ounce) bottle italian salad dressing |
1 (12 ounce) can coors beer |
Directions:
1. Trim fat from chicken and wash thoroughly. 2. Place in zip top plastic bag. 3. Add salad dressing and beer. 4. Allow to marinate at least 4 hours in refrigerator. 5. Barbecue chicken on a covered outside grill. 6. Frequently baste with marinade, approx. 7. every 20 minutes. 8. Any kind of beer will do. 9. Also any kind of salad dressing- the more robust, the better. |
