From Fix It Quick Chicken favorite brand name cookbook. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 tablespoons pepper sauce, tabasco |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1 teaspoon salt |
16 chicken drumsticks |
1 cup blue cheese dressing, bottled |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; stir in Tabasco Sauce, ketchup and salt.
2. Place chicken drumsticks on rack in broiling pan; brush with Tabasco Sauce mixture. Broil chicken drumsticks 7 to 9 inches from heat source for 10 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining Tabasco Sauce mixture. Broil 10 to 15 minutes longer or until drumsticks are browned and tender. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
