A simple, yet tasty side dish that works great with italian dishes, or any for that matter! Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter |
1/4 c. garlic poder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. black pepper |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms quartered |
1/4 c. chardonnay |
2 tbsp. dried parsley |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat 2. add mushrooms, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. 3. Cook over med. heat stirring often, 4 minutes, or until soft. 4. Turn off heat, and immediatly pour Chardonnay onto mushrooms. 5. Add parsley and toss. 6. Its that simple! You can use fresh parsley if desired at the end. |
