Flat Indian Bread, which could be used as a main dish or as a breakfast along with curd. Ingredients:
1 cup of whole wheat flour |
1 tsp (5gm) of salt |
1 tbsp (15gms) of oil |
Directions:
1. 1. Make a dough out of the ingeredients 2. 3. Flatten using rolling pin (use extra wheat flour) 3. 3. Cook on both sides until brown, using a flat griddle (Tawa) 4. 4. Serve with any vegetable or chicken dish |
