This recipe is a nice change from the traditional Cream Cheese filling. Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream or 1 envelope whipped topping |
1/2 cup ginger snaps, crumbs |
Directions:
1. Whip the cream or topping as directed. 2. Fold in the ginger snap crumbs Spread this filling on your baked pumpkin jelly roll and re-roll. 3. Chill and serve. |
