Ingredients:
50 g chana |
1 red capsicum |
2 onions, thinly sliced |
1 large tomato, seeds removed and thinly sliced |
mint leaf |
5 cloves garlic |
coriander leaves |
3 green chilies (if needed you can add as you want) |
lemon juice |
salt |
mustard powder (if there) |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons hot water |
Directions:
1. Mix the dressing ingredients in a blender. 2. Boil the chana with salt. 3. Add capsicum, onion and tomato and mix them. 4. Keep it in fridge till required. 5. Add the dressing before 10 minutes of serving. |
