Brandied Mushrooms Ingredients:
1/2 lb mushroom |
1 cup sherry wine |
1 cup brandy (i like brandy presidente) |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Coat frying pan with olive oil (try to use as little as possible to coat, may be less than 1 tbsp). 2. Cook onion and garlic until soft. Season with salt. 3. Add mushrooms, sherry and brandy. 4. Cook about 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft. |
