Brandied Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1/2 lb mushroom
1 cup sherry wine
1 cup brandy (i like brandy presidente)
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Coat frying pan with olive oil (try to use as little as possible to coat, may be less than 1 tbsp).
2. Cook onion and garlic until soft. Season with salt.
3. Add mushrooms, sherry and brandy.
4. Cook about 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
