This is from The Best 1001 Short Easy Recipes cookbook. It looks like a good summer BBQ punch! I can't wait to try it! Ingredients:
750 ml dry white wine, chilled |
1 cup apricot brandy |
1 cup triple sec or 1 cup cointreau liqueur |
2 (750 ml) bottles dry champagne, chilled |
2 liters soda water |
Directions:
1. In a large jug, combine white wine, apricot brandy and triple sec. Cover and chill until ready to use. 2. At serving time, add champagne and soda water, stir to blend, and pour into a punch bowl. 3. Add an ice ring to the punch bowl, and serve. |
