Delicious Milk chocolate truffle

Ingredients:

5 ounces cream

5 ounces champagne

18 ounces milk chocolate

Directions:

1. Combine Cream and champagne bring to a simmer.
2. On double boiler partially melt milk chocolate.
3. Combine and stir till together.
