Ingredients:
284 ml heavy cream
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
200 ml champagne
Directions:
1. Whip the cream and sugar together to soft peaks.
2. Then whip in the Champagne until you have a soft, spoonable mixture.
3. Serve with macaroons if desired.
