A simple yet fancy French inspired dessert found in a back issue of Olive magazine. Ingredients:
284 ml heavy cream |
4 tablespoons powdered sugar |
200 ml champagne |
Directions:
1. Whip the cream and sugar together to soft peaks. 2. Then whip in the Champagne until you have a soft, spoonable mixture. 3. Serve with macaroons if desired. |
