I make this alot for wedding receptions. it's really just a dressed up Jello mold Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) envelope white grape gelatin |
1 cup champagne or 1 cup ginger ale |
1/2 lb white grapes, halved |
8 ounces chopped walnuts |
1 lb strawberry, halved |
1 lb chopped rhubarb |
8 ounces ricotta cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil 1 cup hot water and stir in jello mix. 2. Then add the Champange. 3. mix well and then mix in the ricotta and fruit and nuts. 4. Chill at least 1 hour. |
