Two great dinks in one fancy little glass! Ingredients:
3 ounces champagne, chilled |
4 mint sprigs |
3 teaspoons sugar |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 lime wedge |
Directions:
1. Muddle mint, sugar, lime wedge and lime juice with a muddler or the back of a spoon until sugar dissolves, about 30 seconds. 2. Strain into a chilled champagne glass. 3. Add chilled Champagne and garnish with a spring of mint. |
