This looks so good and refreshing, for a sweeter taste use an Asti or other sweet sparkling wine. From , a Panamanian site. Ingredients:
6 ripe mangoes |
10 1/2 ounces frozen raspberries |
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne |
Directions:
1. Chill champagne glasses. 2. Peel and slice mangoes and chill. 3. Partially thaw raspberries. 4. Place slices of mango topped with whole raspberries in bottom of glass and fill with champagne. Serve immediately. Cook times are chill times. |
