Champagne Cocktail With Pomegranate Juice |

Entered for safe-keeping. This particular recipe uses more ginger ale than pomegranate juice. It is perfect for a brunch. From Woman's World 12/31/07. You may garnish with pomegranate seed ice cubes by filling an ice cube tray halfway, freezing 1 hour, then adding one or 2 pomegranate seeds and filling to top. Freeze for 48 hours to freeze solidly. Before making the entire batch, try a sample to see if you want to correct the proportions. Ingredients:
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled |
2 cups ginger ale, chilled |
1 cup pomegranate juice, chilled |
pomegranate seeds, for garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all 3 liquids. If desired, garnish with pomegranate seeds or pomegranate seed ice cubes. |
