I recently began to try drinks with sparkling wine. When a drink asks for champagne, I use sparkling wine. This is from Rachael Ray. Ingredients:
6 sugar cubes |
6 tablespoons cherry juice |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
champagne or sparkling wine |
Directions:
1. Place 1 sugar cube, 1 tablespoon cherry juice and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in each of 6 champagne flutes. Fill with champagne. |
