This is one of the many recipes I came up with on my own while experimenting with my various tea herbs. This blend is good for helping you fall asleep at night since it contains chamomile (a known relaxant). It's good both hot and iced. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon chamomile flowers |
1 teaspoon spearmint |
1 teaspoon lemon verbena |
Directions:
1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later. 2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes. |
