This is one of the many recipes I came up with on my own while experimenting with my various tea herbs. This particular blend is good for helping one fall asleep since it contains a good amount of chamomile (a known relaxant). Other than that, it just tastes good. This one is good hot or iced. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chamomile flowers |
1 teaspoon lavender flowers |
Directions:
1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later. 2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes. |
