A nice relaxing tea. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chamomile flowers, fresh |
2 cups boiling water |
2 slices apples, thin |
honey |
Directions:
1. Rinse the flowers with cool water. 2. Warm your tea pot with boiling water. 3. Add the apple slices to the pot and mash them with a wooden spoon. 4. Add the chamomile flowers and pour in boiling water. 5. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. 6. Strain the tea into two cups. 7. Add honey to taste. |
