From my Breadman book. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. I haven't tried this yet.
Ingredients:
9 ounces cooled camomile tea
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon liquid lecithin
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons whey powder
2 tablespoons gluten flour
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1.
Put all of the ingredients in the bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
2.
Select basic wheat cycle and light crust.
