Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
1 teaspoon(s) comino powder |
0.5 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
2 large jalepeno peppers |
2 pound(s) pinto beans |
1 pound(s) pork loin roast |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in large pot, cover with water and boil at least 4-5 hours. When necessary, add hot water. Remove bones from roast and Jalapeno pepper. 2. To Serve: individuals stack their own plate, starting with a layer of regular Fritos, hot bean mixture, grated cheddar cheese, chopped onions, chopped radishes, chopped avocadoes, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. |
