Adapted from a community cookbook Ingredients:
3/4 cup water |
3 cups white flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup butter |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon yeast |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in bread machine basket fitted with kneading blade. 2. Set machine for 1 1/2 pounds bread/basic bread and bake. |
