Ingredients:
2 envelope(s) active dry yeast
3 eggs(lightly beaten)
81/2 cup(s) flour stone buhr bread flour
1/2 cup(s) oil
11/2 tablespoon(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) sugar
21/2 cup(s) warm water
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, salt. Put yeast in warm water to dissolve (add tsp sugar). Add yeast to egg mix. Add flour (cup at a time)Use beater and beat real hard. Knead (dough Hook) for 4 min. Heat oven at 200 degrees.
2. Turn off and place dough for 1 hr.
3. Punch down and back in oven for 1/2 hr. Braid and bake 375 degrees for 30 min.
