Easy and great breakfast Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chai tea |
1/2 cup water |
2/3 cup oat bran |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch ground cloves |
1 pinch nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Bring the tea and water to a boil. Add in the oat bran, whisking as you go. 2. Turn down the heat to a simmer and add in extra spices. It should cook up fairly quickly, about 2 minutes or so. 3. Top with yogurt, a drizzle of honey and toasted walnuts to make things extra special. |
