Oatmeal with a hint of spice and a tart kick of raspberry. Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. light vanilla soymilk |
1/2 c. water |
3/4 c. rolled oats |
1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice |
1/8 t. ground cardamom |
4 t. honey |
1/2 c. raspberries |
Directions:
1. Boil 1c. milk with water and spices over med-high heat. Reduce heat. Simmer oats until liquid is absorbed (about 5 min). Pour on additional milk, honey, and add berries. |
