Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 eggs
3 ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup brewed chai tea
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, mayonnaise and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix in mashed bananas, chai, vanilla and walnuts. Add flour mixture and stir until all ingredients are moistened.
3. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes. Cook on rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
