Chafing Dish Beef Barbecue |

Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds lean beef for stewing, cut into 1-inch strips |
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can whole tomatoes, chopped and undrained |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 cups water |
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup vinegar |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
4 drops hot sauce |
small biscuits |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, except biscuits, in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove cover, and continue cooking over low heat 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Place in chafing dish; serve with small biscuits. |
